As 99webdesign offers only digital services, so there will be no refund on below products/services;

We have a strict 6 month project bonding that means if you want to start a project with us then you have to continue this at least 6 months.
We always strive to deliver what we promised, however you can ask for refund for below services. Please note tools, software which are purchased for clients projects are included.
For example, If we are working any services with Premium tool or subscription, So we can’t refund the amount. We will refund after deducting the tools/software fee
